Why did I get "ATKRST132E An error occurred while transferring a request to the following remote provider: 'Predictive_Insights.default_provider'" when executing "Service Diagnosis Dashboard"?

Question

When I tried to use the "Service Diagnosis Dashboard", I was shown the "ATKRST132E An error occurred while transferring a request to the following remote provider: 'Predictive_Insights.default_provider'" error.

How do I fix that? 

Answer

The first thing to check is the username used for login. Use a valid Predictive Insights user like "ncoadmin".
Second, with a valid Predictive Insights user login, a snowflake icon is displayed:

The snowflake icon is an indication that the Predictive Insights console integration is working.
If you used a valid Predictive Insights user, but do not see the snowflake icon, contact IBM Support for assistance.
After that, check the "Service Diagnosis Dashboard" again, the dashboard will be shown.
