This interim fix provides a solution for APARs RS02051 and RS02671.

  • RS02051: "WHERE ... IN ($(VAR))" SQL NOT PROPERLY SUPPORTED
  • RS02671: STALE DB CONNECTIONS CAUSED BY THE USE OF FETCH FIRST SQL CLAUSE WHEN NOT SUPPORTED
