  1.ABEND0C4-4 in CQMMALRX due to incorrect address. Abend is
  recoverable and has minimal impact.
  2.Potential for thread storage to build up in some cases.
  3.Every restart of IBM Db2 Query Monitor for z/OS caused memory
  leak in CSA for 248408 bytes if ADETECT_ENABLED parameter set
  to Y and ADETECT_MEMORY_PERSIST is set to N in CQMPARMS.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.Logic was changed to set correct address.
  2.Fix logic error in cleaner scheduling.
  3.Programs were updated not to leave orphaned storage of anomaly
  detection in CSA during restart of IBM Db2 Query Monitor
  Collector.
