Error description

  • Running tables creation script on SQLServer using MS SQL Server
    Management Studio fails because the CREATE TRIGGER statement
    should be the first statement in a transaction.

    VIEW' must be the first statement in a query batch
    

Local fix

  • insert a GO statement before create VIEW and create TRIGGER
