APAR status

Error description

  • After you apply interim fix JR61612, JR62453, or both, you might
see the following error when using the Heritage Document List:

"error retrieving documents" "A search query must include the
following properties: IBM_BPM_Document_FileNameURL,
IBM_BPM_Document_FileType, cmis:name, cmis:objectId,
cmis:versionSeriesId"

Local fix

  • Upload a document by using the Add Document REST API to the
instance.

Problem summary

  • Documents aren't returned correctly and "Associate with Process
Instance" is not selected.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures documents
are returned correctly when you use the Heritage Document List
view and "Associate with Process Instance" is selected.
