Error description

• The index in question was NONRECOV. ORF failed to recoognize
  this and did not temporarily change the DB to RECOV.
  Symptoms can vary from ABENDU0870 to pointer checker errors
  after an ORF REORG of an INDEX.

  Additionally, diagnostic has been upgraded.
