    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CCF command verification fails if *
    * using DATAGRP names containing *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    CCF command verification fails if using DATAGRP names containing
    numeric values. CCF was interpretting the numeric values
    returned in the DFS0488I message as part of the return code.
    /CCFDEADQ does not dequeue messages when using IMS Operations
    Manager for its command routing technique.

Problem conclusion

  • The DATAGRP error has been corrected by performing additional
    editing on the DFS0488I message.
    The OPEN and NOOPEN parameters have been added to the
    editing routines.
