PM00397: THE FIX FOR PK99357 DID NOT INCLUDE SEGMENTS WITH PTR=NT

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• When ORF APAR PK99357 was created, it fixed the problems with
  path calls.  However, it requires that all segments in the
  path have a unique key.  Segments with PTR=NT could be treated
  like a segment with unique key, as it is easily identified
  during the change apply. However, the above APAR did not
  include segments with PTR=NT.
