• Primary index initialization fails with following errors:
  IIUB048E VSAM ERROR WHILE LOADING INDEX - REASON=721
             VSAM PUT ERROR
    IIUB052E ERROR IN IIUSCA11 - REASON=784
             ILDS INITIALIZATION FAILURE
  when all of the following conditions are met:
   - HALDB OLR cursor is active
   - No segment is moved to the output side
   - Primary index of the output side has one or more old records.
