Error description

• The ABENDS0C4 occurred during the LOAD of a new partition
  using HP LOAD during the conversion of HIDAM to PHIDAM using
  ONLINE Batch convert feature of the HALDB Toolkit.
  This APAR needs to be applied with HALDB Toolkit APAR
  PM55235.

• Some diagnostics have been added to HRFOHALX.
  The abend solution is in TOOLKIT.
  Apply the corresponding TOOLKIT PTF
