PM00289: ENABLE CLONING OF IMS SYSTEMS WHILE IMS IS STILL ONLINE

Error description

• Currently we require IMS to be shutdown before we can clone an
  IMS subsystem. This enhancement will allow subsystem cloning to
  occur while IMS is active.
  The capability is added to suspend access to the source
  volumes prior to , and during, the COPY phase. This allows for a
  copy of the source IMS to be made that is in a dependent-write
  consistent state.
  If IMS was active during the COPY step, IMSUPDATE will now
  update the OLDS and RDS in order to allow for an emergency
  restart of the target IMS which will create a transactionally
  consistent state. This requires new keywords to identify the
  RDS/RDS2 data sets - IMSRDS-DSN and IMSRDS2-DSN.
  IMS Cloning Tool Userexits must be installed into the
  IMS.SDFSRESL or in the STEPLIB for the IMS Control region
  and DL/I batch regions in order for IMS Cloning Tool to be able
  to suspend an active IMS subsystem.
