SE74483: RDI 9.6.0.8 ILE RPG REFACTOR RENAME DOES NOT RENAME SYMBOL ON A 'FOR' STATEMENT

Error description

• In Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.8, when editing ILE RPG
  source using the the Remote Systems LPEX Editor, one can select
  a field name in the source code with the cursor, and perform a
  Refactor - Rename (ALT + SHIFT + R) to change the name of the
  field in the source. It should be replacing the old name with
  the newly entered name everywhere that field name is used in the
  source, but it fails to do the rename where the field appears as
  an argument on a FOR statement.

  The Rename action changes the chosen name elsewhere in the
  program source but not within the terms of a FOR statement.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in the RDi 9.6.0.9 update.
