• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Office 365 (O365) Exchange
  backups
  can fail when the user name contains a pound sign.

  failed
  CTGGR0026,[x.x.x.x] EXCHANGE CONTACTS BACKUP -

  processing the job.
  
  Online Office 365 does not natively allow
  the creation of an account with this character. The account
  would need to be migrated from an
  on-prem Exchange
  environment.

Problem conclusion

• Exchange Mailbox, Contacts, or Calendars backup will fail when a
  username (e-mail address) contains a hash sign (#). This problem
  has been fixed so when the username contains a hash sign (#) the
  backup will continue in a correct way.
