Error description

• This APAR addresses 3 issues related to a Native Stored
  Procedure (NSP):
  
  1) Object Compare may generate VALIDATE RUN instead of VALIDATE
  BIND in a WSL.
  
  2) The following error is incorrectly issued when NSP changes
  are compared:
  
  ADB8007E An attempt was made to create a procedure that already
  exists.
  ADB8068I Partial statement at the point of error:
  No statement information, possibly an internally generated
  delta record
  ADB8057I Object details at the time of error:
  ....
  ADBCCME - Error(s) found. Please review output
  
  3) An incorrect NSP version may be reported in the Compare

  This APAR provides fixes for the following issues:
  
  1. During a comparison, when new NSP versions are added to
  the source, Compare incorrectly overrides the NSP option
  VALIDATE BIND with VALIDATE RUN in CMDELTA mode.
  
  2. The following error message is incorrectly issued when
  Change Management (CM) analyzes a registered change to
  an NSP that includes multiple versions and the inactive version
  V1:
  
  ADB8007E An attempt was made to create a procedure that
  already exists.
  
  3. When the source and target NSPs are compared, and the active
  version in the source is different than the active version in
  the target, the Compare summary report might report an incorrect
  version of the NSP.
