Question
Do I need to edit the $CHANGE_HOME\WEB-INF\web.xml file in Rational Change 5.3.2?
Cause
From Rational Change 5.3.1.1 iFix 03 the web.xml needs to be edited to support Microsoft™ Internet Explorer 11 in Compatibility Mode.
In addition, to avoid the 'Classloader Manipulation Vulnerability (CVE-2014-0114)' in Rational Change 5.2, 5.3 and 5.3.1 a further edit of the web.xml was required.
Answer
To enable the use of Microsoft™ Internet Explorer 11 in Compatibility Mode and to avoid the 'Classloader Manipulation Vulnerability in Rational Change (CVE-2014-0114)', both mentioned web.xml edits are still required.
