In Planning Analytics Workspace Administration, why are the "Last started" and the "Start time" empty for some TM1 Servers ?
Answer
These fields are filled only when the restart of the TM1 Server is handled by the Planning Analytics Administration interface.
These fields are left blank if the startup was done through other means, like Cognos Configuration or the Windows Services window.
This is the normal behaviour of the product.
