Error description

  • For a property that is associated with a choice list and is
configured as a column on an in-basket, the value for the choice
 list items are displayed instead of the display name after the
in-basket work items are sorted. This is evident when the
display name and the value for the choice list items are
different, for example

display name: January
value: 1

Problem summary


    

  • This issue occurs if the number of work items in the in-basket
exceeds the configured in-basket size (default 50).

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures properties
based on choice lists display the correct values after being
sorted in an in-basket.
