Local fix

  • Click Plans option twice will display the APIs

Problem summary

  • Some migrated APIs and Products files are not showing `Customize
the Plan API list` properly.

Problem conclusion

  • v2018.4.1.13 will contain the fix for this issue and the
`Customize the Plan API list` will show the APIs properly.
