Question

You are having a problem with decision center migration ant task. You would like to know what documentation you must collect (MustGather) so that the IBM Operation Decision Manager (ODM) Support team can diagnose your problem. If you gather this documentation before contacting support, it expedites the troubleshooting process and save you time.

Answer

1. Version and fix pack level of ODM Decision Center source and ODM decision center target applications, click “About Decision Center” in the upper right corner in the DC console:
  • Version
  • Patch level
  • Build number
  • Interim fixes
  • Data source schema information for both source and target
For more details, see Find the version of ODM components.
2. Did you do a full migration or progressive migration?
3. Run the ant migration task with verbose option. For example
ant -v gen-migrationXYZ-script
4. Upload the server log file from the server hosting the target decision center.
