Error description

• Because of the behavior change involved with interim fix JR59967
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/JR59967), the variable
  name must now match the external name on a client-side human
  service to get an exposed process variable (EPV).
  
  You can't reach an EPV variable by using the variable name on a
  client-side human service, although autocomplete works by
  variable name and you can call EPVs on a service flow by using a
  variable name. With interim fix JR59967 installed, the variable
  name must match the external name on a client-side human service
  to get a value for an EPV.
  
  This behavior change is not documented in "Creating exposed
  process values (EPVs)"
