Error description

  • There is an unexpected restart in DataPower appliances whom
    handle SSL connections/flows that results in memory corruption.
    When referencing that corrupted area in memory (via pointers
    e.t.c) it can lead to an unexpected restart on the appliance
    abruptly.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • DataPower might experience a restart while attempting to log SSL
     session information.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix is available in 2018.4.1.13 and 10.0.0.1
