Error description

• Timestamp in the IC data set does not match the RUNTIME of the
  NOTIFY.IC statement.  ORF has obsolete code that incorrectly
  clears the lower digits (lower than one tenth of a second) of
  the timestamp in the Image Copy data sets, which causes error
  DFS2804A on recovery from CA and the Image Copy.
