Error description

• When altering an index the following errors occur
  
  Register failed and when hitting pf1
  
  Reason Code = 20, Reason: Failed while building the delta
  version.
  
  The change file generated is missing an ALTER INDEX <index name>
  statement for the new column. This causes a register error
  since you are trying to pass invalid DDL.

  Failed while building the delta version.
