provided by the z/VSE PTF UD54385 / APAR DY30239.

  • This APAR provides support for the OpenSSL upgrade to 1.1.1d
provided by the z/VSE PTF UD54385 / APAR DY30239. This will
allow CICS VSE to support TLS 1.3 inbound connections.
