Error description
If a broker which has a message flow created via the WMB V6.1 toolkit with Publication Node is migrated to IIB v10 then, during Integration Server startup BIP2241E error is logged to the Syslog file and the flow fails to start. BIP2241E: A Loadable Implementation Library (.lil, .jar, or .par) is not found for message flow node type 'ComIbmMQeOutputNode' in message flow 'MYFLOW_PUBLISH'.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 using the Publication Node flow created via WMB V6.1 toolkit. Problem conclusion
