What versions of Microsoft® Windows® RichEdit Control (MSFTEDIT.DLL) are supported with IBM® DOORS® Client?
Answer
The Microsoft® Windows® RichEdit Control is not shipped separately with DOORS® or any other IBM® product.
Therefore, the only version of this DLL you can use, is the one shipped with the underlying operating system.
If the OS vendor ships new versions of this DLL with regular patches for the supported operating system, these patches are supported by IBM® DOORS® product support.
Manual modifications can result in an unsupported environment.
