APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a collective controller detects that a member has
missed three heart beats it marks that member and its
applications as stopped. If the member remains connected to
the controller and subsequently resumes heart beating the
controller marks the member and its applications as started.
In the case where one or more of the applications is
actually stopped then the Admin Center will have the
    incorrect application state.
