Question
Does changing siRecordLimit in CCEngineService.xml in Control Center Monitor still require a restart of Control Center and B2B?
Cause
The default value of 4999 for siRecordLimit does not give the best performance and should be increased.
Previously changing siRecordLimit required both CCM and B2B to be recycled right after the change.
With the fix to B2B only CCM now needs to be recycled.
Answer
The following levels of B2B and above will not have to restarted.
Fix Pack 1 V6.0.0.1
Mod Pack 1 V6.0.1.0
Fix Pack 9 V5.2.6.3
siRecordLimit should be set to at least 10000 with a maximum of 50000 for the best performance.
