Error description
When you are on the Process Inspector and you have only selected a snapshot filter to search for instances. And when you try to perform an action on the instances by selecting "Select all instances" option, the action is also performed to other instances belonging to other snapshots. This behavior occurs because the Process Inspector doesn't include the selected snapshots information in the REST API to do a process instance bulk action with the filter operation.
