Important Notes:  

  • Review Key concepts for IBM Spectrum Control support of non-IBM storage.
  • You can monitor the following non-IBM storage with IBM Spectrum Control or IBM Storage Insights Pro.
  • To monitor non-IBM storage, you must add them as storage systems in IBM Spectrum Control or IBM Storage Insights Pro.
  • Monitoring non-IBM software-defined storage is not supported.
