PK59326: PANEL COMMANDS FAIL AFTER RETURNING TO PRIMARY MENU

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Panel command will not execute after exitting to pimrary menu
  
  This situation is not limited to what panel was the last used
  before or from which panel the command is entered -
  
  After setting a FILT on the database display, if user exits and
  reenters the product, or returns to the primary menu, the FILT
  (filter) pop-up will
  not redisplay after exitting and reentering the product or after
  returning to the primary menu

  LOGON to ISPF Go To ISPF Option 6 Invoke DB2 SMU
  ON KTBPMENU select 1. - DB2 SMU
  On KTBPCFSE press enter - depending on configuration you may not
  get
  this panel if you chose not to display profile datasets
  On Panel KTSPMENU select 3.  Databases
  On Panel KTSPDBSM enter FILT command
  Set filter as

  Press enter
  results

  On panel KTSPDBSM the filtered list is displayed

  Reinvoke the product from ISPF Option 6

  get
  this panel if you chose not to display profile datasets
  On Panel KTSPMENU select 3.  Databases
  On Panel KTSPDBSM enter FILT command
  
  KTSPDBSM  does nothing - no filter window pops up
  
  
  Also corrected by this APAR is an internal defect that the
  DSNUM is incorrectly specified when moving a partitioned space.

• Logoff and Logon to TSO ISPF
