Cause
Corrupted installation or environment running out of resources.
Environment
IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0 and 11.1
Resolving The Problem
Step 1: Check the log files and directories for regular exceptions and dump (*.dmp) files and monitor resources (Example: Available memory and disk space) on the operating system level. Resolve any resource issue you encounter.
Step 2: Reinstall IBM Cognos Analytics for the failing dispatcher. Ensure no other software has access to the installation directory during the installation process.
