Error description

• DASD SUMMARY HISTORY, KTSPSMHS may truncate the high order
  number for displays of the # of DSETS, ALLO MB and USED MB
  

Local fix

• On an unfiltered Spaces display KTSPDBDS max to the bottom for
  total number of datasets and total tracks allocated and used
