Problem
Error message:
CM-REQ-4049 An error occurred while accessing a security system.,Exception occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException. Please make sure the property names are correct in the CSV header and the file is encoded in UTF-8 format.
Symptom
Unable to import the users.
Resolving The Problem
- Make sure to remove the CR, LF entry ended at the end of the line
