PH26856: SERVERIOTIMEOUTRETRY DEFAULTS TO 0 (NONE) IF PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST IN PLUGIN CONFIGURATION

Error description

• The ServerIOTimeoutRetry value defaults to -1 (all servers) in
  the plugin configuration file but if the configuration files
  does not contain the property, plugin defaults to 0 (no
  retries).

  When the plugin configuration is generated, it normally
  contains the ServerIOTImeoutRetry setting and provides a
  default of -1 (retry all servers in the cluster). There are
  situations where the setting may not exist in the
  configuration (for example, standalone plugin configurations
  are merged). When the setting does not exist in the plugin
  configuration, plugin was defaulting to no retries (0).
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the setting to default to -1 (retry all servers)
  when ServerIOTimeoutRetry does not exist in plugin's
  configuration file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
