Error description
If a case solution is created from a base template in IBM Business Automation Workflow V20.0.0.1, an activity implemented as a process will have unresolved task implementations when the case starts. No errors are shown in IBM Process Designer. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Automation Workflow
Local fix
Modify and save the process in Process Designer. The runtime artifacts are updated with the correct task implementation identifiers.
Problem summary
When the template for the project is duplicated, the task implementation identifiers are not set in the runtime artifacts. The task starts; however, the task completes immediately because there is nothing for the task to run.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available or will be available that correctly duplicates the template.
