Downloading and assembling the solution from IBM Entitled Registry
Required images are freely accessible from the IBM Entitled Registry (cp.icr.io) or DockerHub (docker.io/ibmcom). You will require an entitlement key to download images. For more information, see Installing Netcool Operations Insight
