Error description

  • Under load the MQ Appliance may go unresponsive temporarily
followed by reload.
Users might experience slowness and/or hang in WebGUI and
administrative connection failures.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
MQ appliance went unresponsive because of a defect in handling a
web service request under load, triggered WATCHDOG RESTART and
resulted in appliance reload.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • MQ appliance code has been modified to remediate this issue.
