Problem
The default cron task to bring data from Esri ArcGIS into Maximo is with the ArcGisCronTask.
However, there are times when it seems all correct, settings that are completed and yet there are no rows that are retrieved.
This technote provides areas to investigate and how best troubleshoot it.
