Problem
Datasource adapter error for Cognos report against GreenPlum
XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error: com.ibm.cognos.jdbc.adaptor.sqlexception.SQLCognosUnrecoverableConnectionException: [Pivotal][Greenplum JDBC Driver]No more data available to read
Symptom
Report works with less number of data but failed above 32k rows.
In Database see the following error message
"could not send data to client: Connection reset by peer",
Cause
Database F5 load balancer cause the timeout issue.
Resolving The Problem
- Change the database connection and pointed to the database.
- Both the Idle Timeout and Keep Alive Interval settings are used in the BIG-IP LTM TCP profile for idle connection management
