We are planning to apply a maintenance update on our remote Db2 server, from DB2 v11.1.4.4 IF1 to DB2 11.1.4 FP5.
Is there any specific step to apply on DB2 server, post such update installation?

The following link is mentioning some steps to be done after updating Db2 10.5 to 11.1.

This IBM Knowledge Center link is specific to updating Db2 10.5 to 11.1 and does not apply to Db2 11.1 maintenance updates.
There are no APM actions to perform after Db2 is updated from v11.1.4.4 to 11.1.4.5. You follow the Db2 instructions for applying the maintenance and perform the Db2 documented steps for the APM Db2 instance ('db2apm' by default), and the APM databases (WAREHOUS, SCR32, DATAMART).
