Unable to see distribution lists when setting up delivery options of a report

Troubleshooting


Problem

When setting up a schedule for a report, when defining the delivery options, distribution lists do not appear in the Cognos namespace.

Resolving The Problem

Upgrade to 11.1.5 or above.
