Troubleshooting
Problem
Cannot see hierarchy to select items that use PA cube as a source for CA data module.
Symptom
Select to create a new data module nothing shows up. Select to create data module from the data server, there are no errors and nothing is created.
Cause
Version incompatibility.
Environment
2.0.8 PA cubes as source for data module in CA 11.1.4+.
Diagnosing The Problem
Verify versions of PA and CA
PA 11.0.8.1028 is 2.0.8 IF12
PA 11.0.8.1032 is 2.0.8 IF14
PA 11.0.91.41 is PA 2.0.9.1 (FP1)
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade, or, at least test, the latest version of PA (2.0.9 FP1) with latest version of (CA 11.1.6)
