Problem summary

  When the resource is under a flat directory structure (i.e not
  in a zip or jar) in the EDR, the
  ServletContext.getRealPath(String) returns null for existing
  resource.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebContainer was corrected to return the correct path to the
  existing resource in the EDR.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 18.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
