• CDP V2.1 2020 JUNE MAINTENANCE FOR DEFECT FIXES in Log
  Forwarder:
  - OPERLOG Data is delayed in being presented on the ELK or
  Splunk
  User Interface (UI) where the delay grows with time and when
  large amounts of OPERLOG data are collected.
  - LF does not continuously look for a VSAM data set when the
  VSAM dataset is not found.
  - FSUM6499 error when run manageUserExit.sh without default
  /etc/magic file.

  - OPERLOG Data is delayed in being presented on the ELK or
  Splunk User Interface (UI) where the delay grows with time and
  when large amounts of OPERLOG data are collected.
  The sleep logic for OPERLOG collection is incorrect which will
  cause accumulated delay for OPERLOG in big throughput.
  
  - LF does not continuously look for a VSAM data set when the
  VSAM dataset is not found.
  The design of logical pair of VSAM clusters supporting needs to
  be updated to discover the VSAM dataset continuously.
  
  - FSUM6499 error when run manageUserExit.sh without default
  /etc/magic file.
  The temp magic file is generated with incorrect content by CDP.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP v2.1 is updated to fix this problem above.
