Local fix

Problem summary

• The Process Federation Server validation tool must use different
   APIs to get the indexName for an embedded Elasticsearch and an
  external Elasticsearch. However, the tool uses the same API, so
  you receive this NullPointerException when you use an external
  Elasticsearch.
