The WebViewSync tool is used to populate the HTML files in your view metadata, and to automatically sync your HTML changes with the HTML files in your TRIRIGA environment.
Recommended: : Instead of WebViewSync, we strongly recommend the following NPM-based tools. You can download these tools below:
tri-deploy: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-deploy (for Polymer 1 and 3 and ReactJS)
tri-pull: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-pull (for Polymer 1 and 3 and ReactJS)
tri-proxy: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-proxy (for Polymer 1 and 3)
tri-template: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-template (for Polymer 1 and 3)
tri-vulcanize: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-vulcanize (for Polymer 1)
tri-bundler: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tririga/tri-bundler (for Polymer 1)
Caution: The WebViewSync tool is not recommended due to Apache Log4j vulnerabilities. The WebViewSync tool is used to populate the HTML files in your view metadata, and to automatically sync your HTML changes with the HTML files in your TRIRIGA environment. The WebViewSync tool was designed for Polymer 1 UX apps. (For Polymer 3 UX apps, use the NPM-based tools.) WebViewSync 3.6.0 will work with the 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 UX Framework. There is no 3.6.1 version of WebViewSync. If you still plan to use WebViewSync, you can download the tool here. When using the tool, your URL should include a valid FQDN (fully qualified domain name) or valid IP address.
