Question
When customer tries to use PAfE to create a dynamic report he gets the following error.
Cause
This is a limitation of Planning Analytics for Excel.
Answer
We recommend defining subsets in the cube view as selecting less elements will help resolving this issue.
- Launch Architect and open the cube view that was giving the error when opened as dynamic report
- Double click each dimension and make sure a subset is selected
- Save the view and try creating the dynamic report again
