Troubleshooting
Problem
When you open a websheet subset editor window (by clicking the icon in the corner of the drop down of a SUBNM in a websheet in IBM Planning Analytics Workspace/tm1web), you can change the selected member from the dimension, and click "OK", but the set editor window does not close; However the SUBNM value changes to the desired value. The only way to close the set editor window is by clicking the "X" in the top right corner of the window. This issue occurs in all browsers (so not a browser specific).
Cause
Touchscreen is enabled on the machine.
Diagnosing The Problem
This is ONLY an issue on touchscreen enabled machines. You will not be able to reproduce this issue on a non touchscreen machine.
Resolving The Problem
You will need to disable the touchscreen functionality on the windows machine (ie windows 10 in our case).
1- Type in "Device Manager" in the search box on windows taskbar.
2- Once it opens, navigate to "Human Interface Devices" and expand the setting.
3- Look for "HID-compliant touch screen" *Note there maybe more than one.
4- Right click and disable the appropriate HID-compliant touch screen device listed.
