• OPERLOG Data is delayed in being presented on the ELK or Splunk
  User Interface (UI) where the delay grows with time and when
  large amounts of OPERLOG data are collected.

  The sleep logic for operlog collection is incorrect which will
  cause accumulated delay for operlog in big throughput.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP is updated to adjust the sleep logic to fix this problem.
